Mike Donnelly

Michael Donnelly, CPIM

President

As a 30-year veteran of the incentives, recognition, engagement, and loyalty industries, Mike is responsible for all leadership aspects of Hinda, including sales, marketing, product development, strategic direction, and operations. Mike leads the company’s efforts in helping clients achieve their goals with well-developed solutions and managed programs. Mike was named one of the top 25 most influential people in the incentive industry by Incentive Magazine. He has received numerous industry honors, is a CPIM,  a board member of the Incentive Federation, a board member of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), and is a member of the Incentive & Engagement Solutions Providers (IESP) Strategic Industry Group of the IMA. Mike joined Hinda as a consultant in 2013 and was named president of Hinda Incentives in 2014.

Favorite thing to do at work: Brainstorm! Innovate! Create! I love idea generation and the creative and strategic planning processes. I love to innovate new and exciting product and service capabilities with my fellow Hinda teammates and our valued partners.

Best advice I was ever given: Came in the form of a quote, "… Leadership is ACTION, not POSITION.”

Theresa Thomas

Theresa Thomas, CEP, CPIM

Vice President, Strategic Solutions

Theresa leads Hinda’s Strategic Solutions team, which is responsible for ongoing development and positioning of the market strategy for both B2C and B2B product and service solutions as well as for successful presentation and implementation of the company’s solution set. She works with Hinda’s partner network and internal resources to develop the most appropriate solution for each client's needs. Theresa joined Hinda in 2006 as a client solutions director and was named vice president of strategic solutions in 2014.

Favorite thing to do at work: I love to spend time with prospects and customers working on a new program design or program enhancements. I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the top companies in the world and to interact with great people along the way.

Best advice I was ever given: “If you have time to lean, you have time to clean.” I often get teased that I love to work — I really love to be productive, practical, and make the most of every day.

Stacey Wilson

Stacey Wilson, IP

Vice President, Business Management

As vice president of business management, Stacey oversees the pricing, data analytics, program management, and customer service operations. Stacey joined Hinda in 1995 as an executive assistant and has worked her way up the ranks, holding positions as program manager, client services manager, director of program operations, and director of business analytics, among others. The wealth of knowledge and broad skill set she’s developed over her 20-year career is an asset to the position and to the company overall.

Favorite thing to do at work: Anything that requires troubleshooting or problem-solving. I love problem-solving anything from an internal process to a great math problem. Digging into processes and trying to determine the “why” or “how” is like solving a fun mystery.  

Best advice I was ever given: “When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.”

Brian Korn

Brian Korn

Director of Software Solutions

Brian leads the charge on implementation and support of all Hinda-created software. This includes client-facing flagship products, internal tools, and applications to support them, as well as any necessary consulting services along the way. With his 15 years of technical experience and 10-plus years of Hinda knowledge — whether it be designing a new solution for a specific client request, answering a simple question, or helping bring another one of our president’s ingenious visions to reality — Brian will see it through from beginning to end!  

Favorite thing to do at work: Thinking of innovative solutions and collaborating with a great team in such a dynamic industry keeps things fun and exciting. Every day is a new puzzle and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the finished picture once all the pieces come together.

John Logerquist

Vice President, Finance

John leads Hinda’s finance and accounting team. He is a seasoned senior accounting and financial management executive with over 20 years’ experience. John and his team are responsible for developing and implementing the financial systems and controls to keep Hinda on track and operating smoothly. He works cross-functionally, providing the resources, financial guidance and expertise to resolve business challenges and offer insights on the implications of new approaches. John takes a strategic perspective, but digs in deep to uncover the root causes of problems and discover creative, cost-justified solutions to reach Hinda’s goals.    

Favorite thing to do at work: Problem-solving and collaborating with others to build strong teams and solid solutions. Understanding the business goals and helping drive results.

Stacey is passionate about creating meaningful relationships between the brands she supports and the customer they serve. She has spent more than 14 years honing her skills as a loyalty marketer and has helped the largest retailers develop strategies and plans to engage shoppers. Stacey’s expertise spans every aspect of the customer journey. Identifying needs, targeting and segmenting buyers to maximize value and creating integrated marketing campaigns are just some of Stacey’s specialties. Using both traditional and digital channels she helps her B2C clients build the bonds to keep their businesses growing.

Favorite thing to do at work: I like finding better ways to do things. Uncovering process improvements to support the business and remove obstacles is very satisfying to me. Creating an organized action plan that streamlines things for both my colleagues and clients helps demonstrate we’re always striving to continuously improve.

Best advice I was ever given/favorite quote: “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” (Maya Angelou). I strive to be a positive force supporting and cheering the people in my life.

With 30 years of experience in the incentive and recognition industry as a Value Added Reseller (VAR), Brad is comfortable presenting to clients whether in the cubicle of the program administrator, or the board room of the corporate executive. He will always listen first before recommending any solution and believes every client should be very wary of sales consultants who are too eager to make a PowerPoint presentation about their capabilities before they have heard the client’s issues. Brad has been a speaker at many safety conferences, SHRM events, and sales association events.

Favorite thing to do at work: Meet with VARs and clients, listen to their objectives, and present solutions to drive results. I love to give dynamic, eye-opening presentations and think outside the box!

Favorite quote: “This ain’t no dress rehearsal.” Life is to be lived and dived into — don’t look for me to stand back and watch. I will dive in with a "try it, fix it, change it" approach! I would rather try and fail than stand on the sidelines.

As a 30-year industry veteran, Tom has in-depth experience in all three channels of performance improvement — employee engagement, channel programs, and loyalty. He has sold to the Fortune 100, successfully creating programs that provide excellent ROI to client companies. At Hinda, where Tom is the West Coast business development director, he works with Value Added Resellers (VARs) in developing their clients’ businesses in all three channels of performance improvement.

With 25 years of experience in the incentive and loyalty business, Kate brings a wide breadth of experience to the account management role, including program management, product development, partnership management, merchandising experience, and team building. She brings a strong sense of service to her clients and partners and gets great satisfaction in helping them continually improve their programs to meet their business needs.

Favorite thing to do at work: One of the most fun parts of my job is digging into program data to gain meaningful program insights that enable us to move beyond anecdotal conversations. Understanding the data removes the guesswork from developing strategies that help our clients meet their business objectives. To me, that feels like adding real value to our clients — and that gives me job satisfaction!

Jim leads the company’s efforts in helping clients achieve their goals with well-developed solutions and managed programs that use the URE. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the needs of industry VARs and vendors, he works to strategize the best solutions for them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Susan provides Hinda’s clients with a range of solutions from program strategy design direction through implementation. Her specialty is guiding clients through the big ideas and simplifying and organizing them into actionable plans to drive higher levels of alignment and engagement. She’s an advocate for authenticity and driven to improve business performance by strengthening the interactions between people. Her 20 years of industry experience and engagement focus, combined with her collaborative work style, consistently earn clients’ confidence and respect.

Her areas of focus include employee engagement and recognition, communication strategies, needs assessments, and consulting and facilitation.

She is equally comfortable advising top Fortune 1000 companies on incentive and loyalty solutions to improve results as she is helping start-up VARs develop a growth plan for their business. Dena understands the extremely competitive landscape and takes a hands-on approach to provide creative incentive, recognition and loyalty solutions that hit the mark for end-user clients while simultaneously building long-term strategic relationships for her VAR partners. Her B2B consultative solutions engage employees, mobilize dealer networks, focus sales people and distributors and create consumer advocates. Dena’s uncompromising commitment to excellence in both program operations and customer service translates to satisfied clients who continue to grow with our VAR partners.
